in 2012 at 940 pm i had chronic pain in my chest called 911 and within 7 minuets ambulance arrive and took me to south lake hospital in newmarket,

Upon my arrival i was place in emergency corridor where a nurse hooked me to IV, from that point on, i was left for 9 hours without doctor seeing me, i suffered heat attack , when calling out for help i was continually lied to and told doctor will be here shorty at 820 am in the morning , day shift doctor arrived and rushed me to emergency

SOUTH LAKE HOSPITAL IS WHERE YOU GO TO DIE, I HAVE FILLED COMPLAINT WITH COLLEGE OF PHYSICIANS

I AM RECOMMENDING DUE TO SO MANY COMPLAINTS COMING OUT OF THIS HOSPITAL THAT PUBLIC CALL THE MPP TO INVESTIGATE
