seven oaks hospital

my mother broke her neck nd ended in hospital. My mother is 92 yrs old since in hospital she has lost her mental capacity can not walk,needs 2 people to help her in and out of bed.at times she does not remember her own family.Her food has to be blended and now wears diapers.they wont to send her home where she lives by her self .Is this how we treat seniors
