Royal Victoria Hospital Barrie Ontario

Dec 18th 2017 floor 4 room 3a. I woke up from surgery to a huge brown stain on the ceiling tile. The room was filled with bleach smell, which gave me a migraine. I have a picture of the stain tile. The tapes in my semi private room did not work, I had to open the door with soiled hands to wash in the little sink in the room. I had to brush my teeth there too, I was given no face cloth or towels to clean up. I was not offered assistance with this either. The plastic baseboards were coming off which was a safety concern.
