I am writing to file another complaint about the tampon incident as I have not heard back yet.

I had a strangled hernia and almost died till dr. in emerg gave me pink freezing to swallow.

dr. grover, dr, Mckinnon and dr. from paradise NL, save me as far as inflammation and gastrol pain.

Law suit in action effective immediately…
