Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital

I received my first covid 19 vaccination on March 3, 2021 at the hospital. They booked my second vaccination appt. not until June 23, 2021, almost 4 months later. Then after waiting all this time, I get an email on June 21, 2021 saying they are unable to give me the same type of vaccine that I first received. They made a huge mistake booking me this late and now I cant even get the same vaccine as my second dose. I am a person who is disabled and vulnerable to getting the virus. Thanks for putting me at risk and wasting my time booking with the hospital. I assure you I will never use this hospital ever again.
