Mackenzie Health hospital! Richmond Hill

What a horrible experience. Our mother was even forgotten (while hospitalized) for dialysis. The interval was 4 1/2 days by the time I figured it out. (Should have been 2 days.) I was told this was the first time but I recommend that everyone question everything at this hospital. Do not trust what you are being told.
