Daughter brought in by ambulance. NOT TRIAGED. Informed staff of escalating symptoms (while on hold in waiting area) … IGNORED. Told, “She’ll be seen when she’s seen!” Disgusting LACK OF TREATMENT. Complained to appropriate person(s). MONTH AND A HALF LATER. NO, I repeat NO RESPONSE. Told just the other day .. “Don’t expect an apology!” Their lack of care is DISGUSTING, NON-EXISTENT. First come, first served. That’s LHO’s wonderful philosophy for patient care! Total lack of professionalism from intake to the top! DISGUSTING!
