Serious & inexcusable neglect in getting proper patient’s info: adress.my husband was waiting for a letter from the Jewish general hospital/ctscan dept.it was delaying..it was by calling& insisting that I finally learned the date of the apt…the letter with info& preparation never arrived because of their NEGLECT in updating the proper adress..
This is Disgusting
