At RVH. My baby was bleeding and concussed. Deep laceration to forehead. Wait time 8 hours!! Baby in and out of consciousness. Staff were horrible and demeaning. There was clearly a racist undertone to the way we were dealt with. We were told there were no other options and to take the abuse if we wanted to be seen. The attitude for a public service and taxpayer funded operation was anything but wonderful. The contempt the staff have for their salary payers is horrendous. The unions police themselves and thus we get this. Entitled lazy nitwit. I want these morons fired.
