My mom was submitted at emergency department on July 21st at 10am. She was feeling numbness on her both legs. After all her tests the dr recommended that she needs to get emergency spinal cord surgery and that she should be admitted at hospital. While we were waiting at the emergency department for about 45hrs This individual night nurse her name is Saida was extremely rude to my mom and kicked us from the room that my mom does not need a bed as she is fully ok and walking. She even told us we can go home if we want. I was absolutely shocked by her saying that. I was trying to address my concerns about this individual nurse but no one at the department was remind me serious.
