Entered Emergency Dept this morning to bring my wife for a specialist appointment. 2 Nurses admitting patients. Theolder of the 2 with long grey hair was rude and ignorant to most people seeking medical help. I was told to wait outside to not use up the waiting room chairs. So as l sit in the car instead of supporting my wife l and writing this. She seriously needs to retire for lack of treating people with a little compassion. RVH Barrie, Ontario
