I am a family member of a patient who is not improving at a local hospital. He is being treated for psychiatric
issues. I have been told I can not contact anyone in the hospital to inquire about my family member’s condition
in spite of being given permission by my family member to inquire. They give the reason of “behavior” and “escalation” which
I have not been given an explanation of what that means. Please advise, as I am very concerned about my loved one being in this
hospital due to lack of transparency and lack of communication among other things..
