complaint regarding denying medical services

I would like to file a complaint regarding the person who answers the phone at this extension 514-934-1934 ext 34719. Royal Victoria in Montreal, Quebec.
I have been waiting since Decembre 8th for an appointment for a colposcopy that Dr Marcon referred me to. Last week, finally someone from the hospital called me and left a message to call back at 514-934-1934 ext 34719. I call back 30 minutes later and there is this lady, not the same voice (haitian accent) , who answers the phone. I explain clearly to her what has happened and that I am returning a call/message left on my voicemail to call back. She asks me the name of the person who called me and I say she didn’t say her name. She then asks me for my phone number and after verifying the info, she says to me that she sees nothing in my file. I told her that’s impossible and asked her to check again. Then she says oh I see a note here that says I needed to confirm if I already had a colposcopy in the past. I said no. She asks me again if I had one, I repeat that no I haven’t had any. She then says to me that someone will call me back. I ask her when. She then loses her patience and almost hangs up on me. I said ok I will wait for the person to call me back.
I wait and nothing happens. I call back the next day and the same person answers the phone. She asks for my phone number and the same story repeats itself. She says my file is empty and then same thing, she says to me that there is a note to ask me is I had a colposcopy before. I say no and wonder why this note is not updated. She said her coworker will call me back. I asked for her name and she said it’s confidential. oh well!
I have been waiting since last week for someone to call me back since they called and asked ME to call back for an appointment for a colposcopy. The person who answers the phone is not professional, loses her patience and shows ill will regarding helping patients. This attitude is unacceptable and has to change.
Dr Marcon is sending me for a colposcopy because she suspects something. If this person is denying me medical services, and my health gets worse because she is delaying the process of me getting medical services I will file a lawsuit.

11:41 am on March 2nd (the voice message that has been left for me)
12:21 pm when I called back the first time on march 2nd
3:32pm on march 3rd when again I tried to get an appointment
Not to mention the many times I called back and no answer. I had to call back hiding my phone number for her to pick up.
I need someone to call me back with an appointment for a colposcopy. Thank you.
