I have a family member who is in the psychiatric unit at Royal Victoria Hospital in Barrie.
Since he has been there, there has been nothing but issues. Mean staff, myself being escorted out of hospital by a security guard for no real reason, petty issues causing contention, not being able to speak to my son’s doctor, and now, a call today, stating I can speak to no one there at all, over trying to speak to an administrator over some pertinent issues I was getting no
answers anywhere else. I was told I was calling “all over the hospital”??
What is wrong with this picture?
I am an advocate and loving family member to my son, and all I want and expect, is to have a few questions answered.
The administration at this hospital needs to be looked at please.
