The receptionist at the mental health is an asshole. I have called multiple times to book an appointment with my doctor. As soon as I identify myself with name last name and date of birth she either disconnects the call or put me on hold without booking anything.

Ignored my presence at the desk for longest time possible then she said she is doing something so I have to wait. Even thou she has no body at her desk except me and not even a phone call to take.
She called security on me that I’m recording her whereas I was just holding my phone in my hand normally. Security showed up and started laughing at her that she is so paranoid. Now I need to have someone looking at this situation. That bitch can not create a disconnect in between patients and their doctors. To whom it may concern, we as patients need this situation taken care of before I direct this to a different channel.
