I was denied help for 3 years and my kidney is now deformed. The staff was rude everytime and Eve hung up on me when I called and was septic due to kidney failure. The staff is generally rude and overworked. I attended the emerge 12 seperate times and was told to go home. When I finally got referred to the urologist they lost my file.
