For almost 2 years I`ve been repeatedly and sometimes everyday been receiving phone calls from the RVH for someone who I`m not. The most recent call was Sunday March 13 at 1:33pm. I answered and was asked for someone other than myself. I informed the caller that I am not that person. She then asked who I was? I told her I was not the person she was looking for and she did not need to know who I am. I then asked her to identify herself and she replied “Oh, never mind”.
Is RVH for real? This is harassment! Is this how the public is treated by so called “professionals?” A little decorum would travel far! Worse hospital in Ontario as far as I`m concerned! I`d gladly travel to another city should I require emergency care!
