i have been denied care for 6 years at the brantford general hospital. they have refused treatment or honesty for a spinal injury and they have refused treatment or acknowledgement for cancer now. i have all the documents except the last 2 years of imaging and reports. i do have all the reports and images of the foreign medical service i received and doctor and blood test results i have received.
i recently returned to canada after being told i needed to immediately only to be told nothing is wrong again. before i left i attended 3 times twice by ambulance and told i was fine. i had test imaging blood work everything performed at this hospital and they have all lied. i have spoken to patient reps twice. i have wrote the CEO. they continue to lie and deny treatment and i need your help to get treatment and make sure this facility and its physicians and management go to jail.
