My wife Kothai manoharan was taken to an emergency around 10am through an ambulance due to back hurt where she can’t come even move and she was made to sit in a wheelchair In emergency unit from
10 am to till the time I drafting this message around 2.21 pm . She didn’t even had water from morning and they not allowing to give even a coffee . Since she got hurt at back , she can’t even move without anyone help and I’m been told that ask her to come out and drink . Every patient has different type of problem and without understanding the situation of issue , just blindly following the policy shows what kind of humanity and management runs . We understand and appreciate the hardwork of front line worker ,but also even patient comes there is also Human and coming for reason . It’s makes us to feel very bad about it . After we paying so much tax and the service is not up to the standard .
