My brother Pat C, was admitted around 12pm noon. He fell while leaving the house on the street. My father Received a call to pick him up.
Then he unknowningly left the house and fell again in the middle of the street again.
Someone called paramedics and he went to hospital.

Then, they said they would do tests at the hospital.
The nurse said we would be called back

We never were

Then when we called back in the middle of the night, they could not find him and finally said he was released.

He was found at the side of the road, lucky hes alive.

Well he needs to be admitted to an insitution as hes a danger to himself and others.

Very very upset and disappointed at the lack of transparency in this situation, the carlessness
PLEASE EMAIL ME ASAP.

I would like to discuss this matter before pursuing further action.
