Hi i was appalled at the ignorance and telephone manner of Chris a female that answers the phone at the endoscopy unit at Jurvinski hispital on Feb 10 as i was going for my procedure on that day i had called to see where my driver has to go or if he can even come into the hosp she was snippy and very rude with her answers and when i said something she says im really busy and tells me didnt we tell you about this? I said no all u did was ask me questions due to covid. There are also few other things i can add but i didnt want to make this too long. I think she needs training in phone etiquette and dealing with people
