My name is Jose (Joe) Desousa. I received a letter from Credit Valley Hospital confirming that I have an appointment on December 30 at 915 pm for an MRI. I arrived at the “Imaging diagnostic” desk at 830 as requested on the letter. The lady at the desk told me She did not have a booking for. I showed her the letter but her only answer is that I have to deal with the booking dept. of course she told me there was no supervisor to talk to.
