Requested semi-private room July, 13,2019. After 4 days changed it to Ward as realized I could not afford the $75 difference per day for an extended period. Filled in paperwork for ward.
Hospital keeps billing my insurance Compant for semi-private even after giving them copies of paperwork proving only 4 days of semi-private.

My husband died. I am getting notices all the time. I feel I am being harassed. My insurance company paid over $4,000 in error and had to get it back. They did. Thought all settled. QC sent me an invoice for 4 days and proof it was paid. Getting statements again from insurance Co. They are once again being sent invoices from Queensway Carleton. When will this stop.
