Pathetic service and it feels like you are in a third world country’s government hospital. It’s so clear that Canadian government doesn’t want to spend money on the service they’ve offered by mistake to its residents. When a poor person gets into the emergency department, he/ she has to wait for at least 5 hours before the patient is seen by the doctor. There is definitely lot of room for improvement, the staff should be trained to be courteous and instead of chatting with each other, they should work fast. Their behaviour is lot more like unionized workers. Very much embarrassed to say this is a Canadian hospital.
