Food for thought ….A hefty parking charge to go visit an ailing relative ….Is it fair ?

I happened to go visit a friend in emergency who is struggling to make both ends meet …..offered to pay the parking charge for her mother who was a retired senior who wanted to be with her daughter but had to count her coffee change to pay for parking  at the hospital.

I couldn’t help but wonder ….Does an ailing patient or her already stressed relative need the added financial burden?

Is there something we can do to ease the big dent in the pocket in the name of parking charge at the hospital?
