by this letter I like to let you know my complain about the surgery I should get it’s now over 9 mounts I’m waitting I call many times Doctor Petrisor office to have a follow up on the surgery. I fill the authorisation form in July 2017 since I had no follow up or a date for the surgery, at this point my condition getting worst and worst I have bone residu all over my right ankel I have problem to walk doing my daily things.
I leave many messages at this point they didn’t return my call, I like to know when the surgery will happen did they lost my file I very worry why they don;t return the call.
please help me on this issue.
