My 85 year old mother was in emergency since Jan 17th morning  to Jan 9th. All the staff was wonderful but one nurse PREME who was working Jan 19th till my mother was moved to 7th floor.

This cruel nurse is very rude and unprofessional.  She did not attend my mother at least for hour and half even I requested her several time to change her diaper. Even when porter arrive to move my mother to 7th floor she just let her go in dirty diaper and bed sheet. By doing this she is putting everyone else’s health at risk. It is very Un hygienic.

This nurse should be terminated and should not be allowed to do nursing job.

I salute other staff, Doctors, nurses, porter and janitorial  they are very friendly, helpful and professional.
