I have been scheduled for an appointment which was to take place November 30th 2017 at 1:00 p.m. in the orthopedic section.  Since this is the second time this happened as the first time back in September when I went to my scheduled appointment I was told by Victoria at the front desk, I did not have an appointment for that time, and when I showed her the appointment card she had provided to me, she squeezed me in between appointments.  Now it’s the same problem, my appointment is scheduled for November 30, 2017 and to ensure there is no error again, I called Victoria today at the Civic at the orthopedic section and was told an error had been made as apparently Dr. Lalondes’ secretary had mistakenly booked me for December 18th rather than November 30th, which caused me to reserve time off work and make necessary arrangements to have my appointment pushed back to December 18th for which errors as such twice in a row is unacceptable.  Would you please look into this and tell me why this is happening?  I would appreciate a call from you tomorrow before noon at 819 684-1716.
