I need someone to help talk to jacklin at the oral surgery department to process my son document so that my son can get his surgery done.

We were referred to the oral surgery department and my son has full coverage for the surgery she said he was not covered.  I went to the immigration office brought document to prove that he was covered and still he has not been able to do his surgery.  They booked him for 9th of Nov I took off from work and they cancelled the surgery a day before rebooked it again  for 16th and called me again to cancel after I have call off at work. I still don’t understand the purpose for cancellation and I can’t ask her because anytime I ask too many questions her tone becomes too harsh.

I am getting frustrated and don’t know what to do than to sit and wait and hope someone explain to me or book him for the surgery.
