Why would it take over 8 hours, after being admitted at 11 am within your emergency department?

Your nurses have abrupt attitudes, my 71 year old mother has been waiting in a recliner with no food or water… agitated, restless and anxious….

Your emerg dept was faxed over notes from her psychiatrist and social worker regarding her condition and admission… and yet we are still here, waiting.

Your nurses are all playing and screaming and joking around and ignoring patients… and are agitated when approached with questions. One of them should be wearing a mask as she is coughing everywhere.

Why do you allow this place to be run this way ?
