I arrived to the emergency department asking about a worker who had an accident at work and was taken by the Embulance ,, I gave the paper to the lady who to check if he arrived yet,, she didn’t like that I didn’t know how to say his name which was written clearly on a paper and without even looking at me asked me to site an wait,, after half an hour,, I went to the other lady beside her maybe she can help me,, and surprisingly the second lady raised her voice on me explaining the nurse is undressing him and other things … I told her but I was waiting for an answer to know if he arrived or not … So she replied in a bad way moving her hands towered me ” YES” …. Very unexpected behavior from Medical Staff in Canada ….

i am still sitting here waiting while I’m writing this complain because I’m really shaking from the way the treated me
