when someone is involved in a mva accident  they shouldnt just blow him off because he is talking he was in shock he was brought in by ambulance on a back board with a collar on his neck they removed all that put him in a wheel chair and moved him over to walk in part of the er what got us was when the er doctor walked in he said when was your surgery he ordered no xrays or mri or cat scan  he ran his finger down his spine wrote a prescripition  and said he would order physio and said he be sore tomorrow  and he didnt fill the er report out didnt put any information
