I was waiting on a result of an x-ray while I noticed everybody that was being called in arrived after me. I went to the registration nurse to ask if they still had my file as I know human error can happen and I was wondering if my file was misplaced, if they still have it then I would know the others were in a more serious condition than I which is fine, I just wanted to know if they still had my file. The nurse followed to have an attitude with me and told me that since I’m registered (because of the bracelets on my wrist) they obviously have my file. She did not look into it, and her tone was very unprofessional and snippy with me.
