This ER is the absolute worst for wait time. The sign says 3 hours and I’m still sitting here 6 1/2 hours later. I had an ultrasound and there are only 2 technicians available and usually there are 15. That’s a huge difference in staff seeing that the ER on the weekends are packed. Also there is only 1 radiology person to read all of the scans. Way too many people in here with coughs and colds as well. The nurses and doctors are nice but say they are going to get an answer for you and then never talk to you. The ER is also under construction. My conclusion is you are not dying do not go to the ER especially at Credit Valley Hospital.
