Last night (march 27 2016) we had some of the worst treatment we’ve ever had, in the emergency department at Welland hospital. The insensitive, uncaring nurses treat people in their time of need absolutely horribly. They did everything in their power to show as little compassion as possible for my poor wife. We don’t frequent the emergency, but now that we’ve been, we feel like there is nowhere close to turn in case of emergency. Its a very unsettling feeling. What a terrible experience. Plus the ridiculous wait time despite high priority. Horrible. The nurses in emerg should be far more caring. Or maybe they chose the wrong profession.
