Not quite a complaint:

Dear friends at Montfort Hospital,

On Wednesday evening 06 January 2016,
my dear wife Laya had a heart attack and was take to the Montfort Hospital and was given very good care. After a few hours at/in intensive care at your hospital she was sent to the Heart Institute for futher care.
Sadly, she passed away after 12 days.
