Took my husband today November 4, 2015 to his pre-op appointment. The older nurse that deals with all the paperwork either needs to find a new job or start treating people with a little more respect. She was very belittling and actually quite rude. She has been in this position for many year. I would suggest some sensitivity training for this lady.
