I brought my friend’s son to the urgent care on June 8th complaining of constant diarrhea
After waiting for almost two hours he was seen by a young doctor who diagnosed hom with worms based on the boy’s description and without having to collect samples for analysis .
He finally told to wait for the nurse to give the child a pill for worms we waited two hours only to find out when I asked a passing s nubby nurse that the type of pill is not available at the hospital. This is unfair for those who show up hoping for your care but meet your indifferent attitude and negligence .I am not happy at all with the way we were treated and I demand an apology
