To whom it may concern

I was asked by my gynaecology doc Ms Persaud to repot to labour and Delivery triage unit as my pressure was 140/100.

Blood was extracted for certain blood tests. Even though I had veins visible in the arm , it was taken from the sides which was very painful and has now become a big purple patch. I am in my 6 month of pregnancy and have given loads of blood for blod tests over the months. I never had such a bad experience.

I recommend to have your nurses regularly trained on blood extraction process making it a nice experience. I would comment the CML health care where the employees are trained professionally doing their job in the most perfect manner.

This is now a concern for me as how my delivery would be handled !!
