I was waiting for ENT appointment for my daughter for more then 4 months. Finally they called and provided apt for Jan 21. On that that we arrived at the Credit Valley hospital and more then 30 I was not able to find place to park regardless the fee that we had to pay. Once we were at the ENT office at 2300 Eglington Ave the office assistant told us that we have to walk to the other building and for some reason no one informed us in advance. we need it 15 more min to find the Registration desk. There the lady told us that there is no apt booked in their system and sent us to the 3d floor at Ambulatory Care Unit. After that we had to go back to Registration and stay at the line. Once we went upstairs again waited more them 30 min to see Dr. Voinovic. At the end I paid my parking but I was not able to get my receipt. The lady outside said she can not give me one because I was already outside the barrier.
So much disappointment that can not even describe it.
