After having to spend 3 days in this hospital with a family member, I witness many occurrences of unprofessional ism, lack of care, and overall rudeness. I witness a triage nurse arrange for a friend to be triaged ahead of many patients already waiting. I’ve spent a lot of time in many other hospitals in Ontario including Joseph Brant in Burlington and I cannot believe how a new state of that facility in St. Catharines can be so poorly run.
