It’s common knowledge that cash is king and billings fuel this healthcare bureaucracy and it’s patients that generate revenue so why is customer service right down the toilet?
Ever go to their department to air a concern? it’s a joke just like in all hospitals.
Patients are clients and deserve to demand a higher level of service. Don’t hesitate to tell a staff member on the spot when they behave out of line. Everyone is replaceable which includes doctors, nurses & technicians. Don’t like that fact? I’m sure Walmart could use another over-qualified associate.
