My wife was operated on on Friday, June 28, 2013.

As she was not progressing as expected, a scan was requested at 09:00 on Sunday, June 30, 2013.

Absolutely no communication took place and only after some serious complaining were we told at 16:50 that the scan would be done the following day before noon.

At 12:00 on Monday, July 1, 2013 we were told that the scan would not be done today – which means that my wife was not allowed to take anything orally for 36 hours.

Some basic communication – any communication – would have helped.

These people surely must be incompetent morons who probably couldn’t organize a one-car funeral procession without getting it completely screwed up!

A word to the wise DO NOT be admitted to the Welland hospital.
