The Brampton Civic Hospital is such a beautiful and clean hospital but that’s all it is.
The wait list for anything being done at the service is terrible sometimes over an hour of scheduled time.
The Emergency Room wait list is beyond reasonable, it’s frustrating and disgusting over 5 hours and this is no exception whether it’s busy or not.

If you think these are the only issues you must think twice! For our disgrace it get’s only worse.
THE NURSES AND RECEPTIONISTS ARE EXTREMELY UNFRIENDLY AND RUDE it disgusts me how they can get away with it.
I don’t care what they have to deal with but if we get great or O.K. customer service at regular shopping centres the HOSPITAL
should be providing CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CARE ABOVE AND BEYOND ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE REALTED JOB.
WE’RE NOT PRODUCTS! WE ARE HUMAN BEINGS!
