I have been taking my three year old daughter to see Dr. Brian Arthur at Hotel Dieu, I have been back there numerous of times and he has been rude to me during some of these visits. More recently there was a place that I had resided at and for some reason he thought it was okay to call this place who I want knowing none of my business and telling them that “if I didn’t call, Child Protection Services would be called” over an eye appointment that I didn’t attend due to me not being in the city at the time. I don’t feel this is appropriate and I would like something done about it.
