Humber Hospital – Toronto

My grandmother is currently in Humber River Hospital in Toronto.
She was moved from one room to another and somehow all of her belongings were “lost”.
The staff was asked to look for her belongings and said they didn’t have anything for her.
It is disgusting that no one will look for a seniors clothing, a plant that her relatives gave her?
Is this the level of caring that seniors and people with dementia can expect
