Erin Oak Mississauga-Lack of respect for families

I want the public to know that parents of special needs kids are not only left waiting but are treated like the enemies .I can’t even get anyone to return a call from Erin Oak VP Pauline Eaton won’t answer her phone,Ministry of Children’s affairs and Provincial Advocates office.Sad state of affairs.You tax dollars just being squandered and children suffering.
