Cancer Diagnostics/Guelph General Hospital/Guelph

They screwed up a lymph node biopsy and is now telling my stepfather that it will be at least another few weeks before they can reschedule/diagnose his cancer. He is in a dire amount of pain (its in his back), and they are telling us we cannot transfer hospitals without a receiving physician so he is stuck in this hospital in so much pain he just wants to die. What can we do?
