Brampton Civic Hospital

My husband has just been diagnosed with stage four lung cancer that has spread to his bones. He has been seen twice by Dr Cheema. We understand that Dr Cheema is new but she desperately needs to learn a bedside manner. She does not take the time to answer questions and doesn’t realize that this is new to some people like ourselves. B4 i file an official complaint to Dr Reingold is there anything that can be done?
