I am utterly frustrated with the hospital’s performance in serving its patients follow up and communications. This is my 3rd experience where I found the performance way below the level it should achieve already. I am going to write to the highest authority in Government where I can reach including the media if needed asking why we have to accept such level of neglects from the hospital as patients and families who pays taxes for these services.
